I went in for a oil change they were quick and professional!
they were courteous and fairly quick. They fixed a problem with a bulletin that was out on the car, it seems to be a lot better than it was, shaking is gone and the hard shifting is better but it's still having a problem shifting from first to second gear so I am hoping that GM will soon issue a full recall on whatever is wrong with the car so that it can be repaired correctly. I can't remember the guy's name in service that helped me but he was very professional and polite and called me when he said he would and did what he could to help me get the problem taken care of. GM/Chevrolet, not sure who's problem it is, should do their part now to get to the bottom of the problem and get the recall out to the people.
We arrived first thing in the morning with 2 vehicle's, both needed service. We dropped the car off and told them we would leave the truck when they finished the car. They took our number and said they would call when it was finished. We were at breakfast and they called and told us they were finished. Wow! it had only been about 30 to 40 minutes. We told them we would be there soon with the truck. It was no problem at all, we had great service, very friendly. We talked to Mike and Wesley in service. They always are very friendly and helpful, they will even stand a minute to joke around. We enjoyed our service experience and will go back again. Jay Hodge has our vote we will be back.

No pressure, laid back, helpful and knowledgeable salespeople, it was a pleasure buying my first new truck from Jay Hodge, and Mary Harris.

Great service
They got me right in and right out. My truck's oil was changed and tired rotated along with all fluids checked. They did a great job and were very friendly and professional.
Sam was great, our truck broke down and we had to buy a different truck, they were not pushy and we left with a better truck and we were all satisfied. Thanks A bunch guys.
